Demand-Response Services
Demand-response service is a transportation system that picks up and drops off riders at any location at the rider's request. It does not follow a routine route such as a local bus system, but requires advanced scheduling by the customer. Some demand-reponse services have eligibility requirements for riders, such as only being available for older adults or rides to medical appointments, while others are part of a public system and do not have such requirements.
