Introduction:

SNHPC is excited to announce that the Commission was awarded a two-year (January 2022- December 2023) grant from the New Hampshire Children's Health Foundation (NHCHF) aimed at preventing childhood obesity in the SNHPC region. Named after the successful project by the Strafford Regional Planning Commission, our Pathways to Play (PTP) project worked with local and regional stakeholders to identify recreation areas and programs and examined access to them for the 14 communities in the SNHPC region.
