The Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission announces a public comment period on the 2020 Regional Vulnerability Assessment for the SNHPC Region.
A thirty (30) day public comment period for the 2020 Regional Vulnerability Assessment begins on April 20, 2020 and runs through May 21, 2020. During this period, the 2020 Regional Vulnerability Assessment will be available for public review on the SNHPC website (www.snhpc.org) and physical copies can be provided upon request to James Vayo, Project Manager at email@example.com.
Following the 30-day public comment period, and pursuant to the SNHPC Public Involvement Process, a public hearing to review comments, solicit final public feedback, and consider adoption of the 2020 Regional Vulnerability Assessment has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 11:30 AM. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is anticipated that the May 26, 2020 public hearing will be held electronically. Electronic and telephone access instructions for the public hearing will be posted to the SNHPC website (www.snhpc.org) on or before the close of business on Tuesday, May 19 2020
Comments on the 2020 Regional Vulnerability Assessment should be submitted in writing to the SNHPC during the comment period, or at the electronic public hearing. Comments will be considered for incorporation into the final document, as directed by the SNHPC Policy Committee following the electronic public hearing. Comments on the 2020 Regional Vulnerability Assessment should be submitted to James Vayo, AICP, Project Manager by regular mail at 438 Dubuque Street, Manchester, NH 03102 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
